Together with our customers, we have adopted a new approach to the contracting process - an approach that routinely results in quality security personnel services, success and satisfaction for our customers, our company and our employees.

Strategy and techniques: Lance guards encourages the Departmental Heads in collaboration with Departments to come up with new ideas and innovations that could enhance productivity and create new markets for growth. It also uses the latest developments- software, programs- in the area of Information Technology to ensure that verification activities, data collection and records are well updated and properly kept. An example is the use the “Peach Tree” accounting system which is been used by our internal audit. Communication Skills: Lance Guard ensures a good and proper communication network amongst its staff, it also encourages the use of any form of communication form or means of media to ensure that information is well conveyed even to the last man. This goes to ensure proper coordination in the organization. Group Discussion: This enables the staff to share their experiences in their various areas of operations. The aim is to provide good interpersonal skills amongst staffs and further to enhance the efficiency of the TQM policy of the firm. |

Courses/Trainings: Staffs are encouraged to get involved in informative and educative programmes. Short term courses, seminars, pep-talks, and workshops are not left out. Informative materials as related to the operation of the organization are provided regularly, these includes, journals and reports. The aim is to enable our staff to improve on their skills and get updated in the latest developments in the industry. Decision Making: the organization encourages staff to get involved in decision making and given responsibilities where they require to use their experience and ability. They are also allowed to proffer solutions where necessary but approval is subject to the decision of the Dept. Head without bias. Target Setting: the organization provides incentives to departments and individuals who excel in their areas of operation, healthy competition is encouraged as each department tries to break new grounds and increase the spread of the organization. |

Interactive Sections: Each Department has a network that interacts with other Departments to foster a good working environment and to reduce friction in areas of operation, this enhances productivity. Departments also work out plans on improving its section and also liaises with other departments during such interactive sections to ensure that such plans work to the benefit of the organization. Problem Solving Skills: the organization trains and update staffs on problem solving skills and on how to handle critical situations when the need arises. Such skills encourages staffs to maintain the quality the organization is noted for and to work with little or no supervision. Non the less, a collective approach is enjoined when peculiar cases arise. Basically, the aim of these is to ensure quality in delivering services to clients. Team Work: Departments meet in conjunction with departmental heads quarterly to analyze & review operations in their various departments. They also share ideas and work out modalities beneficial to the organization. The organization encourages departments heads to link up with other department where and when necessary to deliver quality service. The success of one department is a result of efforts from other departments. This is aimed at improving productivity and maintaining quality assurance. |
